at our Mandan office during regular business hours.
The Safer Sex Kit Program is completely confidential. Each kit is customized based on your selections below and may include male condoms, internal (female) condoms, dental dams, and lubricant.
Providing your contact information will help us ensure your request is fulfilled accurately. We may contact you if we need to clarify or confirm any part of your request.
After you submit your Safer Sex Kit request, our staff will prepare your kit. On the pickup date you selected, stop by our Mandan office during business hours to pick it up.
